About the team
Emergency Jump Start & Roadside Assistance Services started as a two-van operation covering Western Sydney. The goal was simple: answer the phone quickly, quote honestly, and fix as much as possible without reaching for a tow truck.
Every technician on the road is police-checked, fully insured, and trained specifically in roadside diagnostics and repair — not general towing. That focus is deliberate: a tow truck operator is set up to move your car, while our vans are set up to fix it where it's parked, whenever that's safely possible.
We keep vans positioned across our core coverage area rather than dispatching from a single depot, which is why our average response time holds around 25 to 35 minutes for closer suburbs — further out, across our wider Sydney coverage, it can run up to an hour depending on distance and traffic. Every job starts with an upfront price, confirmed before we're on our way, so there's no surprise invoice waiting at the end.
No membership, no subscription, no pressure to upsell a tow when a 20-minute roadside fix will do. If a technician genuinely can't resolve your issue on site, they'll tell you plainly and help arrange the next step.
